Here are some ways that people can bully other people

• treating them unfairly
    
• ignoring them
    
• shouting at them
    
• making fun of them 
    
• sending nasty e-mails or text messages
    
• hitting them.   

Bullying is wrong. 
  

If you treat someone unfairly because of something on the list below it is called discrimination. This is against the law.

• race
• sex
• disability
• religion or belief
• sexual orientation
• gender reassignment
• marriage or civil partnership
• pregnancy or recently having a baby

If you are being bullied it is not your fault.
  

If you are being bullied you can make it stop.
        

If you think that you are being bullied you must tell someone.
